Glass panels, metal keypads, multi-gang switches and room controllers — engineered to your design language, with the ETS database and certification work handled before you place a production order.
2D/3D drawings, glass or aluminium finish, icon set, backlight behaviour and haptics — agreed before tooling money is spent.
KNX TP (twisted pair) or KNX IP, with a certified BCU underneath. We will not ship a panel running an unverified stack into a project with 200 rooms.
Your own manufacturer ID, product database with parameters and application descriptions, plus installation manuals in your target language.
CE/UKCA/RoHS preparation, KNX certification route, pre-production samples and a 50–100 unit pilot batch before mass production.
Most KNX panels on the market are the same two or three public tooling designs with a different logo printed on the glass. If your brand needs to look different from the distributor next door, you need a panel that starts at the mechanical design, not at the sticker.
We run panels through a staged program: mechanical and UI definition, a working KNX stack on a development board, certification route (KNX certified or KNX-compatible with a certified BCU), then tooling and pilot batch. You own the tooling and the ETS database.

Send me your target market, rough volumes and the product you have in mind. I will come back with a feasibility view, a realistic landed cost and the certification route — before you spend anything on tooling.
