Room thermostats, fan coil controllers and underfloor heating modules — where the difference between a good product and a returned product is one degree and one decibel.
Individual or batch calibration against a reference thermometer, with the calibration method documented in the test report.
PID and hysteresis behaviour verified on real fan coil and underfloor actuators, not only in simulation.
Relay click measurement, standby heat rise, and thermal drift testing at operating temperature.
Display language set, °C/°F switch, holiday and setback logic, and app/cloud integration if your range needs it.
Every thermostat claims ±0.5 °C. Very few survive a comparison against a calibrated reference in the same room, and even fewer keep their claimed accuracy after the sensor has been sitting next to a heat-generating relay for two years.
We calibrate against a reference sensor, verify the control loop on a real fan coil, and measure the acoustic noise of the relay and the fan stage — because a thermostat that clicks at 3 a.m. gets uninstalled.
