Shutter actuators, 24 V DC motor controllers and blind modules that hold their position, report their state, and do not buzz in a quiet bedroom.
Relay or MOSFET output, current sensing, travel-time calibration, electronic position memory and slat angle control.
We test against the motors your market actually uses — Somfy, Becker, elero, generic tubular and 230 V AC — not just the datasheet.
DIN-rail modules, in-wall boxes or motor-head housings, with thermal margin verified at full load and in stacked installations.
100% load test, travel-cycle test and firmware version check on every unit before shipment, with the test log handed over.
Shading is where cheap hardware gets caught. A relay that switches the motor is easy; position tracking, slat angle, travel-time calibration, obstruction detection and quiet operation in a 24 V DC system are not.
We specify the drive stage and the position logic first, then build the enclosure and the ETS parameters around it — because a shading product that loses its reference position after a power cut is a support ticket, not a product.
